Thank you for your interest in an Entlemax puppy.  As breeders, we have a responsibility to the breed and to the individual puppies, to place them only in the best situations, with families that can and will care for and love them for life.  As potential owners, you have the responsibility to think through all the implications of getting an Entlemax puppy.

The following questionnaire serves both purposes.  It helps us determine whether you and your family would make suitable owners.  By carefully answering each question, you will have to examine your present life situation, and how it would be affected by taking on the joy and burden of raising an Entlemax puppy.  In addition, your answers will help us match the temperament of your pup with your specific environment, needs, and abilities.

Please answer each question, in full.  We know it's a long form, but it really helps us determine a good match.  Please return the questions with your answers.

We sell our puppies for US $2000 on a spay/neuter contract and US $2500 for breeding. If we have a puppy that happens to have some major disqualifying markings (such as blue eyes, a white ring around the neck, brown spots in the back, etc.) then we will sell the pup for US $1500 on a spay/neuter contract.  As for the breeding ones, we are especially careful to match the right dog with the right family.  Becoming a breeder takes an extra level of commitment, beyond even the level required to provide an Entlebucher puppy with a proper home.
